A Guarantee from SHENG-PU HEALTH&WELLNESS
SHENG-PU CARES and we want our guest to know, from experience to products. We are confident in all Sheng-Pu products, Sheng-Pu products have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, simply return the item within 30 days of purchase. We will send a full refund of the product only, excluding shipping.
Terms and conditions:
- Shipping & Handling charges, taxes paid (e.g. VAT, State , Customs) are not refundable.
- Returned products must be sent with original packaging and original packing list.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the products while in transit back to Sheng-Pu. We recommend the use of a tracking service for your own protection.
- Abuse of our Sheng-Pu CARE 30-day satisfaction program will result in account suspension.
- Multiple purchases and refunds may be subject to suspension for abuse and refund will not be sent.
- 30 Day satisfaction guarantee is only reserved for Individual sales only.
