Meditation begins with the concept of biochemistry

Human nature and human heart cannot be separated from biochemistry. When we talk about meditation, we start from the concept of biochemistry, not religion.
The realm of meditation and the success and failure of meditation.

One, supreme happiness does not need to be sought externally. Purity of the self is the first lesson of biochemical meditation for healthy meditators.

Secondly, the basic law of meditation and correcting the Way is interpreted from the Journey to the West. In the Journey to the West, to practice Zen is to correct the Way, and the Monkey King is always upholding the righteousness of the Way. The Monkey King represents the heart of a person, a heart that has the righteousness. He wants to maintain the righteousness all the time so that he will not go into the evil path. There is evil in the body, because there is desire, it will lead you into the evil path. Let yourself have a corrected mind. At any time and any place, let your own Monkey King supervise your own behavior. Be the police of your own self and follow the righteous path of your own self.

Thirdly, the occurrence of various demons in the human nature of the meditators in the Journey to the West is related to the physiology. All kinds of demons do things that cannot be done in broad daylight because of the desires and needs of the body. As long as they are not allowed to see people, they are wrong and demons.

Fourth, interpret the interaction between the human psyche and physiology, what is holy and what is demonic.

Five, how the never-ending time interacts beautifully with the finite life of man; how man learns from the eternity of time.

Six, how to depict the psychological requirements of human beings to superpowers in the Journey to the West.

Seven, between illusion and reality, between suffering and happiness, between speed and pleasure in the human body. The speed in the human heart is very fast. People will race cars to satisfy the pleasure in their hearts. People cannot live without the five senses: touch, hearing, sight, taste, and smell, etc. Without senses, there would be no happiness and no pain.

Eight, in the attainment of Buddha is also the spiritual sublimation of man. The achievement of wisdom is the inner biochemistry and the outer art of dealing with the world.

Nine, physical and spiritual deficiency affects the cultivation of the mind and nature.

Ten, Seeking the Tao and Realizing the Tao. Seeking the Tao with the heart, and the Tao as the heart. There is a difference between saints and mortals. He who takes the Tao as his heart is a saint in the mortal world. The Tao is the absolute value of the universe and is empty. It does not change the laws of physics, it is colorless, tasteless, and formless, so things flow between them and communicate with each other. When things change and move, the Tao remains unchanged and all changes do not leave the Tao. If one understands the Tao and is close to the Tao, then one’s mortal mind is not moved by the gains and losses of things.
